It usually takes 3-4 working days for orders to be delivered. Deliveries to remote areas in Pakistan may take a bit longer. You will receive an order tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our [Exchange & Return Policy](link to policy) for more detailed information.
We offer multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. Secure payment gateways are used to ensure a smooth and safe checkout process. When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
